Mr. Willey is co-founder of Earth Matters, Inc. in 1998 along with Paul VanDoren has been involved in the
geotechnical and environmental drilling industry since 1973 where he worked for twenty five years at a previous firm. He began as a field technician and drillers assistant. In 1998 was promoted to Drilling Manager then appointed Vice President in 1992.The two co-founders formed Earth Matters,Inc. to provide safe and professional drilling services to clients.
Licensed driller in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and Washington DC.

Mr. VanDoren started in the drilling industry in 1992 . He is a licensed driller in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and Washington DC. He is co founder of Earth Matters, Inc. that was formed in 1998 as a subcontract-drilling firm that provides state of the art drilling services. He is also experienced in SPT Borings, NX Rock Coring, Geotechnical Instrumentation, Direct Push Sampling, Water Sampling, Anode Infiltration, Monitoring - Extraction - SVE - Gas Wells, Hollow Stem Auguring, Air and Mud Rotary Drilling methods.
